It is time to finalize our plans for the upcoming Pasadena Towne & Country School Annual International Festival. Last year's festival was a tremendous success thanks to your help and support. This year we are looking forward to another wonderful and memorable event. As always, we need your help to ensure its success. Following are the different activities for which we need your assistance. Please read carefully and contact the PTCSPA for any questions, suggestions, or additional assistance you may wish to provide. Thank you!

Last year's food court received countless compliments. What a flavorful experience! We were impressed by your culinary talents and are looking forward to taste your favorite international dishes this year. Please prepare enough to serve at least 20 people and bring your masterpiece in a disposable container.

Tickets to the International Food Court will cost $______, hot dogs, drinks, ice cream, cotton candy, and popcorn $______ each.

For all who have a sweet tooth, last year's cake walk was a heavenly bliss. Please contribute to the joy of many by bringing at least one of your favorite cakes in a disposable container.

Individual/additional T-shirts may be purchased, for $______ during the pre-sale period. Order forms with accompanying checks should be submitted early. T-shirts may be purchased after Tuesday, May 10 for $_______ (subject to available inventory). No guarantee can be made on T-shirt availability after the pre-sale period since inventory will be based on orders received by Tuesday, May 10.

On the festival day, wristbands may be purchased for $______ each (does not include T-shirt) and single game tickets may be purchased for $______ each.

All wristbands will be distributed the morning of the event.

We are looking for talented folks to represent our diverse cultures who can play an instrument, dance, sing, juggle, do a skit, etc. If you or someone you know can perform for the pleasure of the attending audience, please join the entertainment team! The Entertainment Sign-up Sheet should be signed by Friday, May 6. The talent show coordinators are Ms. __________ and Ms. ___________.

The talent show will begin at ______ PM. The game booths will open shortly after the conclusion of the talent show.
